Jim started selling real estate in the NW Suburbs of Chicago back in 2001. He quickly learned that the difference between success and failure is directly related to level of availability, quality service and hard work that a Realtor is willing to extend on behalf of his clients. Jim brings a true “roll up the sleeves” mentality to getting his clients homes sold for the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time! Unlike other agents who sometime focus mainly on landing the listing, and then hoping for a sale, Jim is laser focused on getting to work! From the professional photography and the initial marketing plan to then actually getting on the phone to secure and negotiate the sale, he and his team leave nothing to chance. In real estate, experience really does matter. While Jim is coming off one of his most successful years ever, selling over 90 homes and totaling over 25 million dollars in gross sales, his work ethic and 20+ years of knowledge is what really brings the tools of success that make all the difference no matter what the real estate market may bring. When he isn’t out selling homes, you are sure to find him on a baseball field somewhere with his wife Christi of 24 years, watching their boys play baseball. You might also catch him sneaking out to fish a local pond or playing drums for his church on Sunday mornings. Currently his brand new 6-month-old boxer puppy LuLu is giving them all they can handle as well!
